The Arab-German Family Business Summits exclusively address Arab and German family businesses and their associated families, as well as their top management. To ensure that all participants can benefit from successful networking during conferences, our selection of participants focuses on enterprises within the largest bilateral growth industries. We request of our participants to attend in teams of at least two members of the same family business. A team with several members contributes more to discussions, learns together more comfortably, and will ultimately be able to implement changes more quickly and efficiently. Ideally, each team is comprised of up to four members including, as a matter of choice, members of the family as well as from management. Team members represent different perspectives, insights, and issues regarding the family business.
Our objective is to provide a unique platform for personal and sustainable exchange between family business owners and non-family executives, politicians and academics, successors and older generations, and above all, such an exchange between cultures.
The intercultural dialogue will be organised in keynote speeches, personal conversations (as during the workshop sessions), panel discussions, and face-to-face business talks.
Participation is by invitation only. The participants are selected family enterprises from the Arab world and german-speaking Europe.
